Drawing/Painting encourages the development of skills and the education of the artist’s eye. It is a basic drawing/painting course, which encompasses all free hand and technical drawing concerns, including subject matter and various drawing materials, as well as design and compositional concerns. Method of evaluation may include project grades, class assignments, and homework assignments. Students may choose to draw or paint an entire year or split up the year with a semester of drawing and a semester of painting.
